Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in San Diego County, California.
